Klaviyo bills every profile it can email, and WhatsApp and AI care cost extra. We charge for what you send, with a team and Atlas. From €249.

Short answer: Klaviyo bills you for every profile it can email, “regardless of consent status”, so the price climbs with your list even when you send the same. WhatsApp and AI customer care each run on their own meter, and hands-on help is sold as Professional services or found through agency partners. With us, you pay one price for what you send, with Meta’s fees included, and nothing in it counts your contacts. A person from our team moves you over from Klaviyo at no extra cost and works on your first campaigns with you, and Atlas plans what to send from your orders.

How Klaviyo’s price adds up

Klaviyo’s bill comes in four parts:

  1. Your list. “Any profile, regardless of consent status, that can be emailed through Klaviyo is considered an active profile.” Go over your tier and “you will be moved to a higher plan tier” from the next billing cycle (billing help).

  2. WhatsApp. “You need a Mobile Messaging plan”, bought upfront, and “Meta determines which WhatsApp template messages are billable” (WhatsApp billing). Klaviyo’s calculator shows $105 for 1,000 messages a month to the UK.

  3. AI customer care. The Customer Agent is $700 for 1,000 resolutions a month once the first 50 are used (Customer Agent).

  4. The AI that drafts campaigns. Composer has “free and paid access options depending on your account and usage” (Composer).

The first meter is the one that hurts. On the Shopify App Store, one user saw their profiles jump “to around 65,000 profiles, resulting in a charge of over $900 USD”, and another “got an email that it will automatically bill me due to maxing the amount of subscribers” (reviews). You pay to keep people you never message.

With us, you pay €249 a month, or €199 billed annually, and nothing in that price counts your contacts. It includes Atlas, AI customer care, WhatsApp, 1,000 outbound messages, 1,000 Conversation Replies for the AI and your team, 1,000 free operator replies, Meta’s fees and the team. Each extra outbound message is €0.12. For email, talk to us.

Someone still has to run Klaviyo

Klaviyo’s pricing page says Free plan users “receive email support for the first 60 days after sign-up”, and paid plans add “enhanced support”. For someone to actually help run it, Klaviyo lists Professional services under “Talk to sales”, sells one-time “Expert Services” (services), and points you to “agency and solution partners delivering Klaviyo strategy, services, and industry expertise” (partners).

With us, you don’t buy the help separately or hire an agency to get it:

  • Onboarding on a call. Someone from our team shares a screen with you to connect WhatsApp through Meta’s verification and display-name approval, link your Shopify store and build your first flows.

  • Klaviyo, moved over. Contacts, consent records, templates and key flows, at no extra cost.

  • Campaigns, drafted with you. In the first weeks we work the way your agency would: we often write the campaigns, and you approve them.

  • People who reply. Email, WhatsApp or phone, in English, typically within 24 hours, and not only for your first 60 days.

Half of the brands that review us on the Shopify App Store mention the team. Egle Delsanto, Growth Manager at Dalfilo, calls us “a genuinely collaborative team. You bring your strategic vision, and they actively help you strengthen it.” (story)

The plan starts from your orders, not from a prompt

Composer starts from your request: “Describe the outcome you want”. Someone on your team still decides what to ask for.

Atlas starts from your orders, your customers and what sold before, and proposes the plan whenever you ask: a win-back for people who haven’t ordered in 40 days, a restock reminder for everyone who bought the serum, a launch for your best buyers. It writes a version for each group, in your voice. You see who gets it, what it says and when, change anything, and approve. Nothing is sent until you do.

Email and WhatsApp run in the same flow: if someone ignores your email, a WhatsApp follows. One of our brands reports a “120% increase in sales generated from WhatsApp” (customers).

What brands tell us when they leave Klaviyo

Three things come up again and again:

  • “There was no one to talk to.” No one followed their account. Reviewers on the Shopify App Store describe “getting pushed through layers of AI support and help articles”.

  • “We pay to have a database.” The plan went up with the list, even when they weren’t sending more.

  • “It’s a lot of tool for what we do.” Running it well took more time and marketing-automation skills than the team had.

Moving from Klaviyo

You don’t have to take the risk on day one. Run us next to Klaviyo for a few weeks, compare revenue campaign by campaign on the same budget, and switch once you’ve seen the results.

A person from our team does the move with you. Your Klaviyo lists import directly, your consent records, templates and key flows come with you, and we warm up your sending domain together.

FAQ

What support do I get with TextYess compared with Klaviyo?

On Klaviyo's Free plan, email support lasts 60 days, and hands-on help is a paid service or an agency. With us, the setup call, the move from Klaviyo and help with your first campaigns come in the plan, and people keep answering by email, WhatsApp or phone after that.

Is TextYess cheaper than Klaviyo?

Compare what each bill is based on. Klaviyo charges by the profiles it can email, then meters WhatsApp, the Customer Agent and Composer. We charge one price from €249 a month for what you send, with WhatsApp, AI care and Meta's fees included.

Is TextYess a CRM or a WhatsApp tool?

A CRM for ecommerce. Atlas plans your email and WhatsApp campaigns and flows, we write and send them when you approve, and our AI answers customers on WhatsApp, your site and the phone.

Can I try TextYess without leaving Klaviyo?

Yes. Your Klaviyo lists import directly. Run both for a few weeks, compare revenue on the same budget, then decide.
