Short answer: Zoko’s price is a stack: a plan, its own fee per conversation, agent seats, $5.99 a month for each flow you edit, and AI that bills per resolution or takes 3% of the order, with Meta billed on top after the month ends. With us, you pay one price with Meta’s fees included. A person from our team sets you up on every plan, where Zoko lists a “dedicated team” only with custom Enterprise pricing, and Atlas plans what to send from your Shopify orders.

How Zoko’s price adds up

Zoko’s pricing page splits the bill into separate parts:

  1. A plan. Starter $49.99, Plus $79.99 or Elite $139.99 a month.

  2. Zoko’s own fee per conversation. Starter carries a “$0.015 markup on all conversations”. Plus and Elite include a set number, then charge for each one after.

  3. Agents. On Plus, “$15/agent after” the first five. On Elite, $12 after the first ten.

  4. Meta’s fees. “Paid directly to Meta”, on top of all of the above.

  5. Flows. $5.99 a month for each premium flow.

  6. AI agents. Three of them, $24.99 a month each: two add $0.09 per resolution, the one that sells takes 3% of order value.

Then the timing: “usage fees are calculated and charged after the month ends.” Zoko has few low reviews on the Shopify App Store, and most are about the bill: “They increased the plan pricing without notice and you have no choice but to accept it.”

With us, you pay one price: €249 a month, or €199 billed annually. It includes WhatsApp, 1,000 outbound messages, 1,000 AI and team replies, 1,000 free operator replies and Meta’s fees. Beyond that, an outbound message costs €0.12 with Meta’s fee in it, so you know what a campaign costs before you send it.

Change a flow, and Zoko starts charging for it

Zoko gives you 11 pre-built flows, with one catch: “Editing a pre-built flow by adding or removing nodes turns it into a premium flow.” Add a second reminder to your abandoned cart and that flow now costs $5.99 a month, for as long as it runs.

With us, abandoned cart, post-purchase, replenishment and win-back come built, and our team helps you shape them to your store. Change any of them as often as you like. There is no fee per flow.

A team that does it with you

The same pricing page says “Every feature is in every plan”. What it doesn’t list on any of the three plans is a person who sets you up or helps you plan. Its Enterprise answer is “custom pricing for high volumes and a dedicated team.” One Shopify reviewer was “not able to even onboard.”

With us, there’s a person on every plan, not only on Enterprise:

  • Someone sets you up. On a screen-share call, our team takes your WhatsApp number through Meta’s business verification and display-name approval, connects Shopify and builds your first flows with you.

  • Someone helps you plan. In the first weeks we often draft the campaigns, as an agency would, and you approve them.

  • Someone answers. Email, WhatsApp or phone, in English, typically within 24 hours.

ProLon France, on the Shopify App Store: “their team is always ready to help us at lightning speed” (translated from French).

Our AI doesn’t take a cut of your orders

Zoko’s selling agent costs “$24.99/mo + 3% of order value”. Sell €2,000 through the chat in a day and €60 goes to Zoko.

Ours checks orders, answers sizes and stock, and sends a checkout link in the chat. Each reply comes out of the 1,000 in your plan, then €0.10. No percentage of the order. One of our brands reports a “24% conversion rate, from activated chat to purchase” (customers).

You stop choosing the segment by hand

Zoko gives you “bulk broadcasts to customer segments”. You still choose the segment, write the message and pick the day.

With us, Atlas reads your orders, your customers and what sold before, and proposes the plan: say, a reminder for people who bought the serum and haven’t reordered in 45 days. It writes a version for each group, in your voice. You change what you like and approve. Nothing is sent until you do, and you can talk any of it through with our team.

Email isn’t one of Zoko’s channels. With us, if someone skips your email, a WhatsApp follows, from one tool and one customer profile.

Moving from Zoko

Book a demo and see what Atlas would plan for your store. Then a person from our team does the move with you: your WhatsApp number connects to Meta in a few steps, your contacts, consent records and templates come with you, and your key flows, including the premium ones you’ve been paying for, are rebuilt and ready to switch on.

Zoko says “There are no contracts”, so you can move whenever you’re ready.

FAQ

Is TextYess cheaper than Zoko?

Compare the full bill, not the plan price. Zoko's plan price leaves out its conversation fee, agents, Meta's fees, edited flows and AI. Ours is one price from €249 a month, Meta's fees and support included.

Does Zoko include onboarding?

Its pricing page doesn't list onboarding or support on Starter, Plus or Elite, and mentions "a dedicated team" with custom Enterprise pricing. With us, a person from our team sets you up on every plan.

Does Zoko include Meta's fees?

No. Zoko's pricing page says WhatsApp fees are "Paid directly to Meta", on top of its own fee per conversation. Ours include Meta's fees, with 1,000 outbound messages a month and €0.12 per message after that.

Can I keep my WhatsApp number when I leave Zoko?

Yes. It connects to us through Meta in a few steps, and we rebuild your flows, premium ones included, before you switch.
