Every tool on this page sends messages. When brands tell us why they picked us, the same five reasons come up:

  • Built only for ecommerce. Shopify connects in minutes, and abandoned cart, post-purchase, replenishment and win-back come built. Several tools here sell the same product to clinics, schools and hotels.

  • A team that works with you. A person from our team sets you up on a screen-share call and moves your contacts, consent, templates and key flows from Klaviyo, Shopify Email or Brevo at no extra cost. In the first weeks we often draft the campaigns, and you approve them. As KALI SHOES® put it: “We were amazed at the ease with which AI can be instructed and the helpfulness of their team.”

  • One clear price, with Meta’s fees in it. Elsewhere the plan is only the first line of the bill, and Meta’s fees, conversation fees, seats, flows, AI credits and support plans follow.

  • Atlas does the work. Atlas reads your orders and customers, proposes what to send, to whom and when, and writes each message. Nothing goes out until you approve.

  • Email and WhatsApp as one channel. Both run in the same flow: if someone ignores your email, a WhatsApp follows. Most tools here leave email to another app.

Below, each tool and the gap you’d feel first.

A CSM “depends on your annual Shopify GMV”

Spoki: six charges on one bill

Spoki’s pricing page builds the bill in layers: a plan sized by conversations, prepaid credits, Meta’s fees “billed separately by Meta”, a 25% surcharge when you go over, channels priced by use, and support tiers from €49 a month up to “from 999 € /mo”. Abandoned carts come only on the top plan, and the deciding and writing stay with you.

With us, one price covers WhatsApp, Meta’s fees and support, and 1,000 operator replies a month are free. TextYess vs Spoki

Zoko: every flow you edit is another $5.99

On Zoko, “editing a pre-built flow by adding or removing nodes turns it into a premium flow”, at $5.99 a month each (pricing). The selling AI agent takes “$24.99/mo + 3% of order value”. You pay Meta directly, on top. Email isn’t one of its channels.

With us, the ecommerce flows come built, Atlas builds new ones in the plan, and an AI reply never takes a cut of the order. TextYess vs Zoko

Wati: support after you pay is the top complaint

Wati’s plans set the help you get: email on Growth, a success manager only on Business (pricing). In its recent low reviews on the Shopify App Store, support after payment is the most repeated complaint: “As soon as you need customer service, they disappear” (July 2026). The bill is in layers as well: the Shopify integration at USD 4.99 a month, extra users from €39, messages “charged based on WATI rate card”, AI credits and automation triggers that run out.

With us, a person from our team sets you up, support is in the plan, your store connects in minutes, and email runs in the same flow as WhatsApp. TextYess vs Wati

Interakt: built for any industry, and help fades after you pay

Interakt’s homepage says it’s “built for any industry”, and on its Shopify listing reviewers say “the pre onboarding support is good up until you make the payment”. On its pricing page, template charges come on top of the plan, AI agents are a $74.99 add-on, and the CRM is a separate sales-pipeline plan whose card reads “Shopify integration not allowed”. Email isn’t one of its channels.

With us, people keep answering after you sign, and one profile holds each customer’s orders, emails, chats and site visits. TextYess vs Interakt

Zipchat: the fee buys answers, not campaigns

Zipchat is an AI chat agent priced by the reply. Broadcasts and cart recovery are yours to plan and write, email covers replies only, and Meta’s fee applies to your WhatsApp campaigns (pricing). When chats grow, you buy more at “$49 for 250 replies”, and reviewers on its Shopify listing report slow support for paying customers.

With us, the AI answers too, and Atlas plans and writes your email and WhatsApp campaigns in the same plan. TextYess vs Zipchat

Konvo: support and campaigns are two apps and two bills

Konvo’s help desk, KonvoAI, is priced by AI conversation, from $138 a month for 150. Campaigns sit in a second app, Konvo: AI Support & Marketing, from $155 for 250 contacts, plus $0.35 per AI session. Both start at $293 a month, and email marketing still goes through Klaviyo.

With us, answering and selling happen in one CRM, at one price, and we send your email campaigns ourselves. TextYess vs Konvo

Charles: you see the price after the sales call

Charles has no pricing page. Its Shopify listing says “Additional charges may apply”, and one reviewer there describes a one-year contract you can’t leave early. Brands that come to us from Charles tell us Meta’s fees and overage came on top, and email stays in another tool.

With us, the price is on our pricing page before you book anything, and Atlas plans email and WhatsApp together. TextYess vs Charles

Klaviyo: your bill grows with your list

Klaviyo counts “any profile, regardless of consent status, that can be emailed” and moves you up a tier when the list grows (billing help). WhatsApp needs a separate Mobile Messaging plan, and its Customer Agent is $700 for 1,000 AI resolutions a month after 50 free. Hands-on help is sold as “Professional services”.

With us, the bill follows what you send, and our team works on the campaigns with you. You can run us next to Klaviyo and compare revenue on the same budget. TextYess vs Klaviyo

Brevo: WhatsApp starts on the €499 plan

Brevo is “built for every business”, and “WhatsApp campaigns are available in our Professional and Enterprise plans”, from €499 a month (pricing). Every message is then paid on top, at rates that “vary more than 100x between countries”, and “CSM support” is kept for Enterprise.

With us, WhatsApp is in the €249 plan with Meta’s fees. Send 3,000 WhatsApp messages a month and you pay €489 in total, where Brevo starts at €499 before the first message. TextYess vs Brevo

Gorgias: every AI answer is billed twice

Gorgias bills by the ticket, and “each AI Agent interaction also counts as a helpdesk ticket and is billed accordingly”, with “$1.50 per automated interaction” past your limit (pricing). Nothing on its pricing page turns a customer’s question into your next campaign, and a Customer Success Manager “depends on your annual Shopify GMV”.

With us, the AI answer comes out of the plan, and the question a shopper asks today feeds the next email or WhatsApp campaign. If your team lives in Gorgias, keep it: our WhatsApp chats arrive there as tickets. TextYess vs Gorgias

What other comparison pages get wrong about us

Spoki’s comparison page describes a product that isn’t ours.

“It’s inbound-only.” Spoki says we don’t run broadcast campaigns. We send email and WhatsApp campaigns and run flows from welcome to win-back, and Atlas plans them (marketing).

“It’s an AI chat concierge.” We run your marketing too, and email is half of it: campaigns, flows and your own sending domain (email).

“It’s Shopify-only.” We work with Shopify, WooCommerce and PrestaShop.

“Voice is in beta and only on the site.” Our voice agent answers calls on a dedicated number, in the caller’s language.

“Meta bills the WhatsApp fees separately.” They’re in our price (pricing).

FAQ

Is TextYess a CRM or a WhatsApp tool?

A CRM for ecommerce. Atlas plans your email and WhatsApp campaigns and flows, we write and send them once you approve, and our AI answers customers on WhatsApp, your site and the phone. Orders, emails, chats and site visits sit in one profile per customer.

Does TextYess send messages without my approval?

No. Atlas proposes the plan and drafts every message, and nothing goes out until you approve. You can change any message, audience or send time first, and once you trust the results, you can approve the whole plan at once.

How much does TextYess cost?

€249 a month, or €199 a month billed annually. It includes WhatsApp, 1,000 outbound messages, 1,000 Conversation Replies used by the AI and your team, 1,000 free operator replies and Meta's fees. Beyond that, it's €0.12 per outbound message and €0.10 per Conversation Reply (€0.08 on annual plans). Site chat and the voice agent are +€100 a month each, for email you talk to us, and every plan starts with a 7-day free trial.

Which of these tools include Meta's WhatsApp fees?

On Spoki, Zoko, Zipchat, Wati, Interakt, Brevo and Klaviyo, WhatsApp messages or Meta's fees are billed on top of the plan. Ours are in the price, and an outbound message beyond your allowance costs €0.12 with Meta's fee in it.

Can I use TextYess with Klaviyo or Gorgias?

Yes. We import lists from Klaviyo, HubSpot, Brevo and ActiveCampaign, and you can run us alongside your current email tool while you compare revenue. We also send WhatsApp conversations to Gorgias and Zendesk as tickets, so your support team keeps its helpdesk (integrations).
